Located in County Tipperary, I have set up Paul Dwyer Plumbing services because I am sure I can offer a more efficient, reliable and cost effective service than what is out there at present.  With 16 years domestic plumbing experience and 2 years training Domestic Plumbing Courses up and down the country, I have the solution to your plumbing and heating problems no matter how complex.
